What is the return policy?

At MatchSox, we want you to feel confident ordering men’s ties, wedding ties, groomsmen ties, and coordinating dress socks for life’s most important occasions. Any unused and unworn item may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This includes eligible men’s dress ties, solid-color ties, floral ties, patterned neckties, kids’ ties, dress socks, and matching tie-and-sock sets.

If the color, pattern, or style is not quite right for your suit, wedding colors, groom or groomsmen attire, church outfit, professional wardrobe, or special event, contact MatchSox customer service to request a return authorization. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

Once we receive your returned men’s tie, wedding tie, or pair of dress socks, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to appear in your account. Exchanges are also available when you would prefer a different tie color, wedding pattern, or coordinating sock option.

How long are MatchSox ties?

MatchSox ties are approximately 57 inches, or 145 centimeters, long and are designed to fit most men. Customers who need a longer tie can contact us to discuss available options.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to get your MatchSox order on its way as soon as possible. Most orders, including men’s ties, wedding ties, groomsmen ties, solid dress socks, and matching tie-and-sock sets are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. MST on a business day are eligible for same-day processing, making it easier to receive your men’s dress ties or wedding accessories quickly. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. After your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery timeframe will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers ordering wedding ties for the groom or groomsmen, coordinating dress socks, or accessories for an upcoming formal event should choose a shipping option that provides enough time before the event date.
